Commissioner Robert Spindell of the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) recently settled a civil lawsuit while acknowledging his actions were part of an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. Spindell is one of 10 fake electors named in the lawsuit, but he holds a unique position overseeing Wisconsin's elections as a member of the WEC.
As a fake elector, Spindell should not be in such a position.
